🚀 Installation & Setup

After installing the app, follow these steps:

  • Configure your delivery settings in the app admin
  • Click "Setup Instructions" in the app
  • Use the automatic deep links to add the block to your theme
  • Or manually add the "Solvex EDD" block in your theme editor

The app works with all modern Shopify themes (Online Store 2.0).

If deep links show a "permission error":

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Shopify shop
  • Try opening the link in the same browser where you're logged into Shopify
  • Use the manual installation method instead

Manual installation: Go to Themes → Customize → Add Block → Find "Solvex EDD" in Apps section.

The app works best with Online Store 2.0 themes (modern themes) that support app blocks.

For vintage themes, you may need manual integration. Contact support for assistance with older themes.

⚙️ Configuration & Settings

In the app admin panel:

  • Go to Step 1: Basic Delivery Settings
  • Adjust "Minimum Days" and "Maximum Days"
  • Enable/disable weekend exclusion
  • Save your settings

Changes appear instantly on your store front.

Yes! Holiday exclusion is automatic based on your selected country.

In Step 2: Location & Language, choose your country. The app automatically excludes major holidays from delivery calculations.

Supported countries: US, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK, Canada, Australia.

Customize in Step 3: Messages & Countdown:

  • Delivery Text: Use {minDays} and {maxDays} for dynamic values
  • Icon: Choose from 5 different icons (📦🚚⏰📅🎁)
  • Countdown: Add "Order within X hours" urgency
  • Language: Available in 5 languages
💳 Billing & Plans

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial:

  • Basic Plan: $10/month - 10,000 calls/month
  • Pro Plan: $25/month - 80,000 calls/month
  • Premium Plan: $39/month - Unlimited calls

During trial: unlimited calls. After trial: downgrade to Free (2,000 calls) if no payment.

When you reach 100% of your monthly limit:

  • Delivery dates stop showing to customers
  • You get a notification to upgrade
  • Your store continues working normally
  • Limits reset monthly

Track usage in Usage & Billing section.

Yes! You can change plans anytime:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees
  • Unused time is prorated

  • Block not added: Make sure you added the "Solvex EDD" block to your theme
  • Settings not configured: Complete the 4-step setup in app admin
  • Usage limit reached: Check your plan limits in Usage & Billing
